29 May Milford Commercial Waste to the Rescue
RESTAURANT REOPENS THANKS TO MILFORD COMMERCIAL WASTE
Disaster struck the Oyster Cove restaurant after a fire ripped through the building in September 2016. They faced a long and expensive journey back to business.
Phoenix Services were employed to reinstate the waste-water system for the commercial dishwashers and the council specified copper pipes and fittings. The Milford Commercial Waste system was suggested as a cost-competitive alternative.
“Invercargill City Council approved the consent for use of these pipes and fittings as an alternative solution on commercial dish and glass washers in lieu of copper. This is a positive outcome for our plumbing industry,” says Bob Rohland, Phoenix Services Plumbing Supervisor.
Easy to install, Milford commercial waste systems are German-made from polypropylene and are recognised as an environmentally friendly product, appropriate for chemically-aggressive and hot wastewater. Perfect for a busy restaurant.
Oyster Cove reopened for business in June 2017.
